Allergen Information

Due to the production of a huge variety of products on site, we are unable to declare any items as free from allergens. However, we try to accommodate all customers as best as possible.

Below is a list of the allergens we are able to offer compromises on:

Gluten

We do not produce or purchase gluten-free rolls or bread for use in buffets. Some items can be made without the inclusion of wheat-containing ingredients, but we cannot guarantee them as gluten free. These items are salad boxes, crudités, fruit pots and skewers.

Milk

If requested, we are able to produce sandwiches, salads, wraps and rolls without butter and using non-dairy fillings. Also, crudités and fruit pots/skewers are suitable. We cannot guarantee any items to be free from milk.

Egg

We do have a selection of filling options that do not contain egg or egg products such as mayonnaise, however we cannot guarantee any item as egg-free.

Shellfish

Prawn is the only shellfish we use on site, so the other fillings we make do not directly contain shellfish. However we cannot guarantee any item as shellfish-free.

Please mention any requests in the ‘dietary requirements’ box when ordering where we will endeavour to assist. Note, the fillings in the ‘Classic Sandwich’ platter cannot be amended.
