- Bread & Rolls
- We bake all our loaves and rolls through the night and deliver them to our shops in two batches for maximum freshness. They’re what toast, doorsteps and BLTs were designed for.
- Cakes & Pastries
- Our cakes are baked daily using the best ingredients we can find, like Belgian butter in our Danish pastries. The proof’s in the eating: 40,000 of our scones are served at Wimbledon every year. And every one’s an ace.
- Cream Cakes
- Chocolate eclairs, split cream doughnuts and more, baked daily and oozing with fresh dairy cream. Take a deep breath, count to ten and click through to our collection of delicious, summery, fresh cream cakes.
- A Simmons cupcake is perfection in a crinkly paper case. We make every kind of cupcake, including – for corporate events – bespoke cupcakes (in their thousands) that have been polished off as far and wide as the O2 Arena.
- ‘Gateau’... It’s our favourite French word (along with croissant and éclair). We make every combination of moist sponge, fresh whipped cream, chocolate and fresh fruit, assembled by our very own team of patissiers.
- Pies & Tarts
- Treat loved ones (and yourself) to a perfect pastry-based dessert. Pick up a classic pie or tart, and look out for our latest creations.
- Spoil yourself with one of our chocolate caramel shortbreads, covered in a rich soft caramel and topped with Belgian chocolate. They taste as good on Station Road, Harpenden, as they do on Boulevard du Midi, Brussels.
